Next meeting April 18th at 6:45

Hey everyone,

Our next meeting will be April 18th at 6:45 at the church (Youth Room downstairs). We'll be discussing Chapter 2 of "When a woman says yes to God".  And good news.....

THE DVD IS IN!!!!
So we'll be watching a clip from that on Chp 1.

Outflow and updates!

Hi Ladies!

Just in case you weren't able to make the last meeting, there is a chance to volunteer (for those who want to) on March 28th at "Outflow", a ministry outreach opportunity that provides meals to the homeless in Saint John.  There are a lot of different ways you can help out whether its serving food, washing dishes, setting up/taking down, or just talking with the people there.  We are going to meet at the Chinese Commerce Centre around 6:15 PM.  If you can't make it and would still like to help out they will be serving cookies for dessert so if anyone wants to bake some that would also be a great contribution!  Just drop them off at the church Saturday or Sunday in the kitchen (please clearly label them OUTFLOW).


Our next regular meeting will be April 4th at 6:45pm in the Youth Room. Our church is scheduled to help Outflow the last Monday of every month so we will continue to meet the first and third Monday of each month. We're hoping to have the video to the series "What Happens When Women Say Yes to God" by that time. The books are officially in and anyone who didn't yet get a copy can contact Emily Nelson and she'll set you up.  On that same note, if everyone could please bring $10 to the next meeting to help cover the cost of the books and DVD's that would be great- again just see Emily.  For those of you who got the books, we will go through the questions at the end of the first chapter at the next meeting.

That's a lot of information to take in, so to recap:

Next Meeting: March 14th

Hi Ladies!

The next meeting will be March 14th at the church, in the youth room downstairs.  And the books are in!  We've decided to do the study "What happens when a woman says yes to God".  The accompanying DVD is backordered until April but we hope to get started with the books right away.  Hope to see you all there!

Next Meeting Jan 24, 2010

Hi Everyone!  Our next Young Womens Ministry Meeting will be on Monday January 24th from 6:45-9:00pm.  We will be meeting at Diane Spencer's House.  Her address is 4 Tilsley Place.  If anyone knows where Sue and John Pitman live, Diane lives just down the street in the cul-de-sac, first one of the right with two driveways.  We can all park at the top of the cul-de-sac circle.  Hope to see you all there!
